- Exchange Policy:If you need to exchange for a different size or color, you can apply for an exchange within 30 days after receiving the item. Please ensure the item is unused and still in its original packaging. We will provide you with a new item and arrange for shipment promptly.

- Cases Not Eligible for Return & Exchange:Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange.Items that cannot be resold due to damage or excessive use will not be accepted for return or exchange.
- Refund Method:After the return is approved, we will process the refund using the original payment method. In the case of an exchange, the price difference will be adjusted based on your payment method.
- Return & Exchange Costs:Return or exchange costs resulting from non-quality issues will be borne by you. Costs related to returns or exchanges due to quality issues will be covered by us.
